By creating an account or using the Dominion Reach CRM platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Dominion Reach, Inc.
The Dominion Reach CRM platform provides a SaaS platform for church outreach and discipleship, including tools for lead capture and follow-up, a visual pipeline, small groups, follow-up tasks, automated discipleship journeys, discipleship classes with video lessons and assignments, custom public registration forms with multi-language translation and optional Meta Pixel conversion tracking, prayer request tracking, volunteer scheduling, engagement analytics, pastor notes, messaging, an AI-powered Post Optimizer for social media visibility, an AI Flyer Studio for designing and editing event flyers, a QR Code Generator for custom branded QR codes, prayer testimony tracking with embedded video, event check-in, and team collaboration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Social media advertising is not part of the service and is handled on external platforms.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Paid subscriptions are offered in tiered plans (Starter, Growth, and Ministry), billed monthly or annually in advance via our payment processor. Each paid plan includes a 14-day free trial that requires no credit card. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Messaging (SMS/email), Post Optimizer usage, AI Flyer generation, and QR code generation are subject to your plan's monthly allowances; if you exceed an allowance you may purchase one-time add-on packs (message credits, optimization uses, or AI Flyer credits) which are charged once and do not expire. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Admin accounts receive full lifetime access without a paid subscription.
You agree not to: • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations • Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to contacts • Scrape, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform • Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation • Use contact data in a way that violates applicable consent and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA)
You retain ownership of all contact data, prayer requests, notes, journey content, and other data you input into the platform. By using Dominion Reach, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the service, including sending messages and automated follow-ups on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to contact individuals and to store any sensitive or pastoral information about them.
All platform software, designs, trademarks, and content provided by Dominion Reach are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dominion Reach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dominion Reach and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, your communications with contacts, or your violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will cease and we will retain your data for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted. You may export your data before cancellation.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
