How it works
When someone submits your TikTok Lead Generation form, Zapier (or Make.com) sends their info to the campaign's Funnel URL — the lead is auto-staged as New Lead, tagged TikTok Ads, and linked to your campaign for follow-up.
On the Campaigns page, create a campaign for your outreach (e.g. "Easter 2026"). Each campaign has a unique Lead Funnel URL for this platform — copy it.
